The Health Wellness Challenge 5/30 is back Every Fom March 1st to April 11

WHAT DOES THE HEALTH CHALLENGE INVOLVE?

In signing up for the Health Challenge, you commit to achieving the following goals for 6 weeks, from March 1 to April 11:

  • Eating at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a minimum of 5 days a week
  • Moving at least 30 minutes a minimum of 5 days a week
  • Improving your wellness by setting a goal of your choice from among the following: helping yourself sleep well, having some time for yourself, and assigning priority to priorities
  • All the goals, including the Wellness goals, can also be achieved as a family fun thing to do.

    Every Year, Beginning March 1st.

    NOW is the best time to start...whatever time is NOW:
    To benefit most from what life has to offer and to deal with the demands of day-to-life in our time, it’s just as important to take care of our mental health as our physical health.
    Eating well – for instance, by consuming more fruit and vegetables (5 portions per day/5 days a week) – and

    Being physically active (30 minutes, at least five days a week) are winning strategies for promoting health and general well-being.

    That is the basis of the Health Challenge. And this year, the Wellness goal has been added to the Health Challenge, which has become the "5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge".

    The 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge invites children and adults to take action for their health, enjoyably and at their own pace.

    This challenge aims toward a more global approach to health that stresses the importance of taking care of body and mind! It is not about Losing weight... But if it's one of your objectives, why not go for it altogether?
